Deadlift - Deload my ass (that sounds awful)
My doctor called today, he’s pretty confident I have a pulled muscle somewhere in my upper back or neck area. So with that revelation, his prescription was to “suck it up” until it heals in 3 - 6 weeks (I’m on week 2). OHP deload, second week in a row
Another deload day thanks to my neck injury. Today I’m doing 5/3/1 OHP with a 1RM calculation of 140lbs, which breaks down below. I’m also doing seated instead of standing as an added precaution until my doctor can figure out the core issue. I can work through the pain, but I just need to make sure I’m not making it worse first.

Using Vim as a Complete Ruby on Rails IDE →
I’ve switched over to using MacVIM about 6 months ago and I’m loving it. The only thing I miss from TextMate is the shortcut to create an HTML tag, then type what that tag is. I’m probably switching to HAML soon so that point might be moot.

Looks like these startups went no where
I posted this on twitter a few minutes ago:
I decided to just pick a page pretty far back and check up on how the startups listed on that page are doing. Did they launch? Are they charging money? I went with http://betali.st/page/200. The listings posted where from about 11 months ago. I’ll go ahead and assume the startup has existed for a year.
